A Note

It's been a long time since I picked up a
pencil, but when Little
/|\ White Rabbit (Alice) asked for volunteers
to sketch a few pictures
( )
for ABOIS I was quick off the draw. I
quite liked the idea of having
" one of my pictures involved in this.
Since then the project has grown from a couple of thumbnail
sketches to what you see here. I'm still not entirely sure
how that happened but it's been a lot of fun and quite a
challenge. So many people have put a lot of time and effort
into writing and producing ABOIS that I felt a responsibility to
make sure all your imaginative efforts weren't spoiled by mine.
I hope I've achieved that.
